Brand & Custom Showit Website for With The Wandering

(Pssst…looking for the template we used for this site? You can find it here!)

With a background in journalism and childhood infused with photography and wanderlust, Shelby of With The Wandering  is a full-service wedding photographer based in Kansas and serving clients in the midwest and beyond. Shelby is beloved by her clients for her photography style and ability to forge deep and genuine relationships with each and every couple.

Named after her proclivity for wandering off to read or draw, Shelby decided to keep her business name as With The Wandering during her rebrand as it encapsulates her desire to approach every client relationship with slow intention, joy, and heartfelt dedication. Since almost all of her new inquiries were coming from client referrals or from couples who were in the bridal party of weddings she’d previously photographed, Shelby knew she was providing an exceptional client experience documenting couples’ heartfelt and beautiful moments.

Even though she had a well-balanced client load and she felt like she’d really hit her stride with her editing style, Shelby came to The Buffalo Collective because she wanted to revamp her website to create a more on-brand and enticing online experience and stand out from her competitors.

With this rebrand, Shelby was looking to create a brand that resonated not only with her voice and style, but also with her clients in a way that made them feel warm and loved and excited to work together. It was important to design a site with an intentional color palette and design elements that conveyed her growth, maturity, and expertise in the photography industry.

Shelby believes that if you speak, your people will listen — what better way to elevate her voice to reach her ideal audience than with a beautifully designed website that reflects her honest, intimate, and authentic approach to business and her emotional, soft, and documentary photography style?

Here’s what Shelby had to say about working together: “Working with Christina was maybe the best business decision I’ve made. I still have trouble believing the website she designed for me is actually my website. It’s just beautiful. Christina truly brought my vision to life. She created a brand and website that feels true to me, is beautiful and professional, and communicates directly to my ideal clients. Since launching, I’ve received only serious inquiries with higher budgets than I’ve ever received in the past. It’s been such a gift to see the change and I can’t wait to see more results in the future!

As your business evolves, so should your brand and visuals. It’s SO important to have a visual presence that reflects your style, your values, and truly appeals to your ideal client.

If you know you’re ready to take your brand in the direction of your dreams, let’s start the conversation and see if a brand and website from The Buffalo Collective could be the perfect fit for your business!
