Once you pay your 25% deposit and sign your contract, I’ll send over your onboarding, which includes a brand questionnaire and folder to collect your website content. Share your copy, images, fonts, and logos prior to your scheduled start date to stay on schedule.
On Monday, we’ll lay the foundations inside your Showit account, uploading your provided content and designing your custom homepage.
By midweek, we’ll hop on a quick call (or check in via Loom) to review your homepage. While waiting for your feedback, I’ll be hard at work customizing your full website. With your comments in, I’ll make any adjustments in real time!
We're in the home stretch at the end of the week! We’ll tidy up your remaining website pages, optimize your site for SEO, and prep your launch graphics.
By Friday evening, you’ll receive your site—fully customized and ready to go! I’ll make sure you’re good to go with the final files and domain transfer. When you're ready to go live, all you’ll have to do is hit ‘publish’.

No, at this time, we only work with templates from our own shop!
Absolutely! If you aren’t sure which template would be best for your business, I’m happy to recommend which ones would be the best fit.
Once you pay your 25% deposit and sign your contract, I’ll send your onboarding which includes a brand questionnaire and a folder to collect your images, logos, and website copy. I’ll need these on the Friday before your start date in order to begin your project.

A $250 fee is assessed when we don’t receive your questionnaire and website content. Since Website In a Week is on a quicker timeline, it’s essential that we receive your materials in a timely manner, or we risk having to reschedule for my next availability.
As a web designer, I always optimize my clients’ websites for SEO by including relevant keywords, header tags, page titles, and meta descriptions. Your design itself will also be user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and include proper file names so your images pop up in search alongside your website.
We typically work with wedding photographers, but not exclusively. We've also done brands and websites for interior designers, wedding planners, coaches, business managers, and family/lifestyle photographers. Please don't hesitate to reach out - we very rarely say no, and even if we're not the best fit for your industry, we can point you in the direction of someone who is!
Ideally, we’d like to receive this from you ahead of time, but don’t worry if you struggle with copy! We'll provide prompts and guidance to help you and make edits to what you provide as I incorporate it into your website layout. Alternatively, you can work with a copywriter and provide your website copy document before our project begins.
