All digital products in The Buffalo Collective shop are delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the digital nature of these items, all sales are final — no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

Please review product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing. Each Showit template includes detailed information and example images to help you make an informed decision.

If you experience any issues accessing or using your files, please contact support@thebuffalocollective.com within 7 days of purchase. I’ll be happy to help troubleshoot or re-send your download links if needed.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan at checkout, you agree to complete all remaining payments according to the terms of that plan.

By selecting a payment plan, you authorize The Buffalo Collective and its third-party payment processor to automatically charge your card for each installment until the total balance is paid in full.

If a payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification and must update your payment method promptly to maintain access to your digital product. Access may be paused if payments remain incomplete.

For custom branding and website design projects, payment terms and conditions are outlined separately in your signed client contract.
